Mite & 8U Families,

The Fergus Falls Hockey Association would like to introduce you to the Mite Incentive program where your skater(s) could earn prizes for skating outside of their normal practice times.  

Each month, your skater will record the number of hours playing hockey, that is not part of a scheduled practice or game, on a calendar.  At the end of each month, turn in your sheets to be entered for monthly prizes, pizza parties and to be qualified for the end of season GRAND PRIZE!!

Here is how it works:

There will be two different groups: Otter/Gopher & Wild/Olympic/8U

Monthly calendars will be sent out before the next Month starts.  (Begins Dec 1st) 

For every hour playing hockey, either at FFHA Open Hockey or at any Outside Rinks, mark an hour down on the calendar.  At the end of each month, email completed calendar forms by the 1st Sunday of each month (Jan 7, Feb 4, March 3) to: Scott Meldahl at smeldahl@fergusotters.org

Each month, the top three skaters from each group, Otter/Gopher and Wild/Olympic/8U, with the most hours will be entered into a drawing for the following individual prizes:

$25 Fergus Home & Hardware Gift Card
$15 Concessions Gift Card
$10 Concessions Gift Card

Each month, the skaters that reach a minimum of 12.5 hrs. for that month will be invited to a hockey pizza party, typically held the 2nd weekend of the following month. 

All participants that qualified for the monthly incentive will also be entered into a drawing for a big END OF SEASON incentive that will be awarded during Super Sunday (Must be present to win)
